Kansas City, Missouri – The NAIA has officially announced the teams and bracket for the 2025 NAIA Women’s Basketball Championship First and Second Rounds, presented by Ballogy. The Flying Queens are a 7-seed and will face 10-seed Carroll (Mont.) on March 14 at 7:30 PM PT in Ashland, Oregon. 2-seed Southern Oregon is the host and they play 15-seed UC Merced (Calif.) on March 14 at 5:30 PM.
The 64-team bracket will begin with the First and Second Rounds at host sites nationwide on March 14-15. The 2025 Second Round winners will meet in Sioux City, Iowa, at the NAIA National Championship final site. The 44th annual championship will be played at the Tyson Events Center from March 20-25.
The Flying Queens qualified with an At-Large bid by virtue of their overall season record of 25-4, along with a 21-3 conference record which was good for a 2nd place finish in the SAC.
The host will stream all First and Second Round games and each stream may be produced on various platforms.
