Basketball in the High Plains area, and especially women’s basketball, has a storied history. For more than seven decades that history has been alive and thriving at Wayland Baptist University. Since 2012 the Hutcherson Flying Queens Foundation, Inc. has assisted the Flying Queens program with financial support, and this golf tournament is a major part of our annual fundraising effort.
Your support will play a significant role in keeping this iconic women’s college basketball program nationally competitive.

Time: Registration opens at 7:00 am; Shotgun start at 8:00 am
Location: Shadow Hills Golf Course, 6002 3rd St., Lubbock, TX 79416
Estimated Attendance: Approximately 100 golfers and volunteers
Golf Tournament Format: 4-person scramble
Entry fee: $100 per golfer; includes green fee, cart, range balls, and luncheon
