For those planning to play in the Hutcherson Flying Queens Foundation Golf Tournament on Monday, Oct. 31 in Euless, Coach Jason Cooper and the Flying Queens can help get you ready!

The Flying Queens are hosting their own golf tournament on Saturday, Sept. 17 at the Plainview Country Club in Plainview. The tournament was a mainstay event during the Alisha Ellis era and Cooper kept the tradition going in 2021, his first year as the Queen’s head coach.

The Flying Queens tourney is a four-person scramble that will kick off at 9:00 am with a shotgun start. The team entry fee is $400 with buy advantages and sponsorships also available. The entry fee includes green fees and carts. Sponsorships are tax-deductible minus the value of golf. A receipt will be mailed to you from Wayland for tax purposes.

Team prizes are $600 for first place, $400 for second place, and $200 for third place.

For more information or to sign up, contact Coach Jason Cooper at (806) 292-9504 or by email at jason.cooper@wbu.edu. Entry deadline is Saturday, Sept. 10. First 20 paid teams get carts!
