The Hutcherson Flying Queens Foundation (HFQF) is pleased to announce its 2026 Annual Golf Tournament, set for Monday, September 28, 2026, at the Plainview Country Club in Plainview, Texas.
Golfers and supporters are invited to enjoy a day of competition, camaraderie, and community—all in support of the legendary Wayland Baptist University Flying Queens basketball program.

- Registration: Begins at 8:00 a.m.
- Shotgun Start: 9:00 a.m.
Registration Information
- Four-Man Team: $800
- Individual Golfer: $200
Early Bird Special (May 1 – July 31):
- Four-Man Team: $700
- Individual Golfer: $175
What Your Entry Includes
Each registered golfer will receive:
- Green fee and cart
- Range balls
- Breakfast and lunch
- Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages
- One mulligan per player
- Two raffle tickets per player
On-Course Contests & Activities
Golfers can look forward to a variety of competitions and activities throughout the day, including:
- Two Closest to the Pin contests
- Men’s and Women’s Longest Drive contests
- A raffle featuring exciting prizes
- A silent auction—new this year—offering unique items and experiences
Sponsorship Opportunities
A variety of sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses and individuals who want to support the Flying Queens while gaining valuable visibility. Sponsorship levels include:
- Title Sponsor ($5,000): Includes two teams, prominent branding across event materials, and special recognition during the tournament and luncheon
- Platinum Sponsor ($3,000): Includes one team, logo placement, and event recognition
- Contest Sponsor ($2,500): Includes one team and exclusive signage at contest holes
- Prize Sponsor ($2,000): Includes one team and recognition across event platforms
- Food & Beverage Sponsor ($1,000): Includes one team and on-site branding opportunities
Sponsors also have the option to contribute items for player gift bags, further enhancing visibility and engagement.

All net proceeds from the tournament directly benefit the Wayland Baptist University Flying Queens basketball program, helping preserve and advance one of the most storied programs in women’s collegiate basketball.
